계정과 데이터 삭제

앱에서 직접 지우기
- 앱을 열고 오른쪽 위 설정 을 누릅니다.
- 계정 항목 오른쪽 아래의 회원탈퇴 를 누릅니다.
- 확인을 누르면 계정과 계정에 저장된 모든 구독 데이터가 즉시 삭제됩니다.
삭제되는 것
구독 목록, 유형, 내가 만든 서비스, 앱 설정, 계정 정보(이름 · 이메일 주소 · 계정 식별자).
즉시 삭제되며 보관 기간은 없습니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
앱을 이미 삭제했다면
0lines.com@gmail.com 으로 아래 내용을 적어 보내 주세요.
- 제목: 구독매니저 계정 삭제 요청
- 본문: 로그인에 사용한 구글 또는 Apple 계정의 이메일 주소
요청을 확인한 뒤 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 삭제하고 회신드립니다.
본인 확인을 위해 요청은 그 계정의 주소에서 보내 주셔야 합니다.
Apple 로 로그인하면서 이메일 주소 가리기를 선택하셨다면
@privaterelay.appleid.com 으로 끝나는 주소가 계정에 저장돼 있습니다.
그 주소에서 보내시거나, 본문에 그 주소를 적어 주세요.
실제 구독은 해지되지 않습니다
이 앱은 결제 내역을 기록해 두는 곳일 뿐, 넷플릭스나 유튜브 프리미엄 같은 서비스와 연결되어 있지 않습니다. 탈퇴해도 그 서비스들의 결제는 계속됩니다. 해지는 각 서비스에서 직접 하셔야 합니다.
로그아웃과 탈퇴의 차이

로그인하지 않고 쓰는 경우
로그인하지 않으면 데이터는 기기 안에만 있고 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.

Deleting your account and data
In the app
- Open the app and tap Settings in the top right.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom right of the Account section.
- Confirm. Your account and every subscription stored in it are deleted immediately.
Deleted: your subscription list, categories, services you created, app settings, and account information (name, email address, account identifier). Deletion is immediate, with no retention period, and cannot be undone.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email 0lines.com@gmail.com with the subject
“SubManager account deletion request” and the email address of the Google or
Apple account you signed in with. We will delete it and reply within 7 business days.
Please send the request from that account's address so we can verify it is you. If you chose
to hide your email when signing in with Apple, the address stored on the account ends in
@privaterelay.appleid.com — send from it, or include it in your message.
Signing out vs. deleting
Signing out clears the data on that device only; the data in your account remains and returns when you sign in again. Deleting the account removes the account and all of its data permanently.
If you never sign in
Your data stays on the device and is never sent to a server. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
